Ingredients
30ml almond oil
7 drops essential oil of geranium
6 drops essential oil of juniper
5 drops essential oil of lemon

 

Mix well the ingredients and keep the mixture in a dark glass bottle. Apply on the problem areas where the fat has accumulated (buttocks, thighs, arms, abdomen) with deep upward motions.

Be very gentle on the places where there is phlebitis, spider veins etc. because as it is forbidden to induce hyperemia. The movements there must be soft and mild so that the mixture is absorbed.

It is best to apply this mixture after your bath, when the pores are open and the skin absorbs the mixture more easily.
