Ingredients 150 gr feta cheese 80 gr cream cheese of your choice 2 small red chili peppers (or as many as you like) 1 – 2 tablespoonfuls vinegar ¼ cup olive oil
If you have a mortar and pestle you can mash the chili peppers in it. Otherwise you can use a food processor. Add the feta and cream cheese and either process them, or mash them well with a fork. Add the vinegar and work in the oil slowly, until the mixture has a creamy consistency. If required, you can add a little more oil.
If you wish you can also add a clove of garlic, some parsley, or a pinch of oregano. Instead of the cream cheese you can add some yogurt or half of each. Your taste will guide you, until you have the perfect ‘hot’ cheese for you!
