1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon full fat yogurt

Properties: Avocado is full of nourishing oils, minerals and vitamins and is good for the treatment of dry and dehydrated skin. It also possesses anti-ageing properties that give a lift to tired skin. Yogurt, is a natural source of lactose, vitamins and trace elements, increases the levels of moisture to the upper layer of the skin swiftly smoothing out the dry areas. Finally, the lemon offers antioxidant protection and whitens the skin.

Directions: Mix the ingredients in a bowl and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Apply the mask to your hands and leave it for about 30 minutes. Wash your hands with a mild soap and to hydrate them put a few drops of wheat oil or sunflower oil and rub them gently.
