Pasta salad with red beans, olives, corn and tunaA pasta salad that is very easy to make and can be eaten as a main meal with some nice rye bread. Children should also love it, seeing that pasta is loved by everyone and they have the chance to try new flavors.

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients
2 cups boiled pasta (rotini or anything else you like)
4 – 5 green olives (without stones) sliced
2 cups red (kidney beans) boiled or canned
2 cups corn boiled and drained
2 cans tuna in water, drained
1 – 2 red peppers sliced
Salt, pepper
3 tablespoonfuls olive oil
1 – 2 tablespoonfuls white vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
 

Directions

Put all the first six ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss them gently. In a small bowl, beat the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper with a fork. Pour over the salad and toss it again. Decorate and serve.
