Stomach acheIs your stomach heavy, uncomfortable, upset and/or burning after a meal? Here is a cheap remedy that works wonders for upset stomachs.

Put in a glass the juice of one fresh lemon (no substitutes here) and ½ – 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add water till the glass is half full. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Now stand over the sink, and add 1 teaspoon baking powder. The baking powder will froth, so you have to drink quickly as much as possible, before the soda disappears down the drain. Within minutes, you will be feeling on top of the world.
