SunburnOatmeal can work wonders for skin that has been treated roughly. Boil some oats in water, and then let it cool down, until it is lukewarm. The quantity of the oats depends on the skin area that you have to cover.

Take a damp cloth or damp gauze and spread some boiled oatmeal on it. Place the oatmeal on the affected skin. Leave it for 10 – 15 minutes and rinse.

This poultice will provide relief to sunburned skin, or poison ivy rash.
