You can make a nice ‘tea’ with saffron. Pour hot water in a cup and add 5 – 6 saffron stamens. Leave them for 6 – 8 minutes. Remove the stamens or strain the tea and drink. The maximum you should consume is 10 – 12 stamens daily.
