Some people have difficulty digesting the skin on the peppers and they prefer to remove it. There are two ways you can skin them without difficulty.

1. Grill them until the skin blackens. Then put them in a paper bag while still hot, and let them cool down. You can rub them down with a piece of kitchen paper and the skin will come off easily.

2. You can dip the peppers in boiling water for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove them from the water and wrap them in aluminum foil until they cool down. The skin will come off very easily.
