If you want to sleep better at night you can turn to essential oils for help.

Two drops of essential oils at one corner of your pillowcase or on a piece of cotton wool that you will put inside your pillowcase will do the trick.

If you suffer from insomnia, use essential oil of lavender. For tiredness use bergamot. If you have a cold use essential oil of eucalyptus. If you wake up and can’t fall asleep again, use essential oil of marjoram.

Avoid contact of the essential oils with the eyes.
