If you have rough skin and/or cracked heels, you should take the time to pamper your hard-working feet.

Put 5 drops essential oil of lavender in a plastic basin with warm water. Immerse your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes. At the end of that time, dry them thoroughly, paying special attention to the areas between the toes.

Make a thick paste using salt and a little water. This is a peeling mask for your feet. Rub them with this paste, paying attention to the problem areas. Rinse your feet well, dry them and apply warm sesame oil.
