Turkey cutlets are a nice way to enjoy turkey. They are tasty and cook quickly, so you can put dinner on the table in no time. Accompany them with potatoes or rice and a large mixed green salad, and you have a healthy, low fat, and satisfying dinner!






1 kilo turkey cutlets (or more, according to your requirements)
For the Marinade
Salt, pepper
½ cup olive oil
Juice from 1 or 2 lemons
1 – 2 cloves of garlic minced
2 generous pinches oregano


Wash and dry the cutlets and place them in a plastic container. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them. Add olive oil, lemon, oregano and garlic and rub them in the cutlets. Cover the container and let them marinade in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours.

Broil the cutlets for 6 – 7 minutes per side, depending on their thickness.
