Vinaigrette sauce for saladsThis vinaigrette is very tasty and complements your green salads. The quantities depend on the size of the salad and of course, your taste.






6 – 7 tablespoons olive oil
1 – 2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
4 – 5 drops Tabasco sauce
large pinch oregano
pinch of dried basil
1 clove garlic minced or dry garlic powder
Salt, pepper



Place all the ingredients in a bottle and shake very well. Or you can put them in a bowl and beat them with an egg beater. Drizzle over your salad just before serving.
