When baking you could use wax paper to line your baking pans. The cakes, cookies etc. won’t stick to your baking sheet/pan and you will have so much less washing up to do.

Wax paper is a bit difficult to handle properly. To make your life easier, you can soak it in water and then wring it well. When wet, it becomes pliable and you can work with it without any problems. The damp wax paper will also prevent the dough from drying out while baking.
